Shipping policy

  1. Delivery to the address provided by the registered user on the order form. I acknowledge that the address provided by the registered user on the order form is considered the delivery address and cannot be modified under any circumstances after the purchase process has been completed. The registered user is solely responsible for the address provided for delivery. In order to avoid abuse, the carrier responsible for delivery reserves the right to verify the identity of the registered user by providing proof of identity document confirming the coincidence of the order and payment data. For the same purpose, the registered user must provide a telephone number, preferably mobile, that can be used during the transaction or delivery, as well as the name on the intercom or ringtone for the delivery address.

  2. Delivery deadlines are the dates indicated during the purchase. In the event of omission of the exact delivery date, this will take place no later than 30 (thirty) days from the confirmation of the order by 'Clusimo'.

  3. After the products have been delivered to the designated carrier, the registered user will receive a confirmation email about the shipment, which, if possible, includes the tracking code, which can be used to check the status of the shipment on the carrier's website. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, during normal business hours.

  4. Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the registered user at the address indicated on the order form. There is no delivery to the upper floor.

  5. In the event that delivery is prevented by force majeure, 'Clusimo' cannot be held liable under any circumstances.

  6. If the product is not delivered or is delivered late, the registered user may send a complaint to 'Clusimo' by email to the following address: support@clusimo.hu, indicating the number and date. the order as indicated in the order confirmation email, in addition to the details of the invoice issued. 'Clusimo' will examine the complaint and communicate the result to the registered user as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the submission of the complaint. If it appears that the failure or delay in delivery of the same item is attributable to 'Clusimo' and not due to the impossibility of delivery due to an already settled, accidental or force majeure:
    In the event of failure to deliver, 'Clusimo' will refund the amount paid by the registered user as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the submission of the request. The refund amount will be communicated by email and credited to the payment method used by the registered user, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, or by voucher. It is understood, however, that 'Clusimo' is not responsible for delays in recording the refund, which depend on the payment method used by the Registered User, the 'Clusimo' banking institution or the Registered Person's bank. User. The Registered User's ability to subscribe to current commercial offers remains unchanged;
    in the event of a delay exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the specific delivery deadline indicated on the Site or, where applicable, a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of sending the order, if the Registered User wishes to keep the purchased products, 'Clusimo' will refund the delivery costs paid by the Registered User as soon as possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) hours. However, if the Registered User does not wish to keep the products, the previous paragraph shall apply.

The general delivery period for orders is a maximum of 15 days from the date of order confirmation. In the event of a delay by the Seller, the Buyer is entitled to set an additional deadline. If the Seller does not deliver within the additional deadline, the Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. For each delivery method, we will always indicate the delivery period that may differ from the general delivery period. Reservation of rights, ownership clauseIf you have previously ordered Goods but have not received them during delivery (excluding cases where you have exercised your right of withdrawal), or if the Goods have been returned to the Seller with an indication that they were not received, the Seller makes the fulfillment of the order conditional on the advance payment of the purchase price and delivery costs. The Seller may withhold the delivery of the Goods until it is satisfied that the payment of the price of the Goods has been successfully made using the electronic payment solution (including the case where, in the case of Goods paid for by bank transfer, the Buyer transfers the purchase price in the currency of his/her Member State and the Seller does not receive the full amount of the purchase price and delivery fee due to the conversion, bank commissions and costs).
